This isn’t just about pay, it’s about the quality of education/resources, workload and retention of teachers. Currently, 1/4 leave within three years of qualification and 1/3 within five years. Our young people deserve better and we deserve to teach them in a healthy, manageable way. Let’s do this!✊🏻

What is a preliminary online ballot?
A preliminary ballot determines the likelihood of success for a formal statutory postal ballot. A successful preliminary ballot will put pressure on the govt to grant teachers a fully funded, significantly above-inflation pay rise.
