Second soup batch is supposed to be a roast pumpkin one but some idiot forgot to grab on when shopping yesterday. To the shops we go!

Sprout soup up next using the 2nd best kitchen gadget. Got a big bag for 36p yesterday so sprouts are going into everything this week lol

This was my go to breakfast when losing weight a year or so ago. For anyone interested (nobody 😆) macros come in at 508 calories, 35.1g fat, 12.9g sat fat, 46g protein and 2.6g carbs.

High volume and a good set-up for the day.

The cooking time is down to the depth of the dish I use and volume. General rule for a normal portion is start checking it around the 10 min mark, once the middle starts to set shut off the oven and let the residual heat finish it off.

Portioned cheese and ham frittata. 12 eggs, 30g mature cheddar, 6 slices of smoked ham, 1/2 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1tsp oregano and salt/pepper. Just sautée the veg for 5 mins, mix everything into an oven dish & grate extra cheese over before putting in the oven for 15-20mins at 180c
