Senate Republicans blocked a resolution demanding full funding for SNAP benefits.

This, as Trump still refuses to fully restore SNAP to 42 million Americans.

As we head into the midterms, don't forget: GOP lawmakers are fully complicit with Trump's weaponization of hunger.

At a house near where I live they put up tombstone that says RIP Charlie Kirk. This was a promotion of his legacy, evident bc they put up another sign - I forgot what it said but they meant the tombstone to memorialize him - so that’s wrong. They put that out a month ago. Put up more H decor later

As horrendous as it is, with not really any grey area, it is still possible that it is meant to be scary and evil in its own right as something to <gasp> fear and not a promotion of the intolerance and genocide. I doubt it but yr not wring to pose this possible scenario

Because bigotry is confused with patriotism and because these “patriots” are seen by the press corps as the only authentic Americans. Everyone else, and I mean this, is second class.

In a reversal, Trump bashes Catholic conservative activist Leonard Leo The Federalist Society co-chair was instrumental in helping create the U.S. Supreme Court conservative supermajority that ultimately overturned Roe v. Wade.

Leonard Leo of the Heritage foundation is apparently no longer on Trumps good side. Trump blames him for rec’s on judges which have not followed trumps whims 100%. Trump called Leo a “Sleazebag”. I’m not sure how well Trump continues with bashing cath’s and more Cath’s stepping up for migrants.
