Soviet space goon mechanics

An armored indevidual standing infront of their "horse", the indevidual is sporting a long red cape and mail-looking armor made of dragonscales. They are holding a spear in their hand and a bow on the lower back. Their helmet has two horns said to be of Dragon Origin. The Kathmen of the Stormborne Coast revere the dragons of the Anthracite mountains. Most if not all who live there live and die in their honor. They use the biproduct of the dragons growth, like their shedded skin or old horns and teeth; as armour, weapons or other religious items. The shedded skin is highly sought after due to its fireproof qualities.
