every single trans person like her who i have ever encountered is so seethingly, blisteringly resentful of other trans people who made fun of them online and i don't know how to communicate that to normies who get fooled by her reasonable, do-the-work moderate act.

the realization about stuff like this, which sounds so mundane and obvious, that people who say and do that stuff are ultimately entirely in their own heads and 100% doing it because of their own selves, that's it actually about them, was and remains a liberating feeling

They'd rather be writing/painting/making music, but have social media as another part-time job (some on top of actual low paid work as well)—so three jobs, and they are harmed by two :(

I'd like to echo this point: there are plenty of trans women creatives I know who'd like to avoid social media since it causes them psychological harm, but they have to grind it for book sales and survival funds.

Anti-vax or "vaccine hesitant" or "skeptic" public personalities and commentators should be held legally accountable. These people have fed a craze that has torn apart untold families as well as costing both adults and children their lives. Something has to be done.

If Dems actually cared about Democracy as much as they cared about using threats to it to fundraise, they would be operating on entirely different principles gunning for entirely different policies with entirely different rhetoric, but they don't and so they aren't.

The spirit of that comment is that the wealthy largely do not want these things. The wealthy are getting wealthier and capitalism is perpetuating injustice. Democrats do not "bitch" about this, their *base* does because they have different interests, and they're *right* to do so.

Setting aside whether this is true, the proposal for higher taxes on billionaires has almost nothing to do with paying off the entire national debt, and everything to do with investing in infrastructure and programs from which everyone benefits and extending democratic principles to the economy.

properly taxing you and your ilk would, in fact, correct this alleged issue, because these so-called tax cuts are just deferred taxes being kicked down the road to my children and their children. if you really cared even about this "debt" issue youd be in favor of paying your fair share

Over the last two years I've seen at least four "trans anthologies" came out with not a single transfem author among them. The entire reason you're seeing them more is because transfem authors and lesbians who support them actively worked to raise their profile and mutually cross-promote.
