What happened to him is truly terrible. But in all likelyhood it will turn out to just be a a series of unfortunate events that led to his passing.

Riding multiple times and experiencing extreme g-forces could easily have dislodged a blood clot and moved it somewhere in his body where he was no longer able to be conscious.

Universal has said the ride was functioning correctly and the medical examiner said he died from blunt force trauma. That probably indicates that he passed out during the ride, and was then unable to hold himself in his seat properly.

And the first case is very likely not their fault.

Sure but this second case is probably an attempt to capitalize on the first one.
