well I have a medication that helped a few times before it stopped working completely so I might as well try that

how does anyone just rawdog sleep. I've had insomnia literally my entire life and no sleep medication has helped and especially these days I struggle to sleep without alcohol

brain fog + alcoholism is a hellll of a combo cause why am I honest to god the silliest (derogatory) guy around like every day. I used to not find anything embarrassing but omg post-psychosis brain is something else and then I started drinking on top of that
