Congratulations to End Sexism in Schools on its latest report ‘The Great History Heist: Reclaiming Women’s Place in the History Curriculum'. This shows that only 12% of History Lessons feature women as their main focus.
We call on the government to correct this - now.

Councillor Kay Wesley introduced the Town Mayor's Civic Awards as a legacy of her mayoral year, to celebrate volunteers in the Congleton community and encourage residents to 'give something back'.

Councillor Susan Mead has started a thriving community group called the Bromley Farm Hub. Sponsored by the local housing provider Plus Dane, the team organised a family fun day to celebrate 10 years of the local Wellbeing hub. Free food, music and fun activities for all.
