I believe you can be a good manager without winning top titles but uou start being a top player and a top manager when you win big things in your career.

Iraola is a good manager but he s not a top manager yet and I think it's stupid to let Slot go and repla e with someone who hasn't won anything.

Again, I never said those managers were options for #LFC. I said I consider them top managers and better than the likes of Iraola and Glasner because they have won top domestic titles in their career.

You might be right but I want a winner to replace Arne Slot. If a winner is not available, I think we will keep Slot until a top manager becomes a realistic target for us.

No, I consider them top managers because they won domestic titles with their clubs. I don't consider Iraola or Glasner as top managers yet, because they need to win titles to be considered top managers.

I believe it is relevant because I don't think Arne Slot would have been the front runner, or even on the short list, if he hadn't won the Eredivisie with Feyenoord. I respect your opinion though.

You asked who I considered a top manager, not who I thought #LFC should sign to replace Arne Slot now.

The point I was making is it makes no sense to get rid of Arne Slot and take a risk on Iraola or Glasner, etc. I think Slot will stay, until a recognised top manager shows an interest in joining.

My concern with Andoni Iraola has always been 'Is he a winner?'

Arne Slot won the Eredivise with Feyenoord before we signed him, I don't know if Iraola has won a league title yet, has he?

I am being serious, I am talking about top managers who could push us to win the Champions League and comfortably be a top four team, maybe even still make a title challenge for the Premier League from this position.

The majority of managers will join #LFC, we will need one of the very best though.

It's not that I don't think the majority of managers would want to join #LFC, it is that the majority of top managers who could help us are already at top clubs and are not available.

My initial thought was they would contact Steven Gerrard, though Xavi is currently not managing since his time at Barcelona.

The problem with #LFC getting rid of Arne Slot, who do you replace him with?

Which top manager, who is already coaching a club, would leave them for us based off of this season?

Which manager, currently without a club, would be able to turn this ship around?

It will take time to find someone now.

Personally, I think #LFC have the players to play a style and system which is very similar to Jurgen Klopp's system.

Arne Slot is not going to be sacked.

I think he will be given until the end of the season and will stay if we qualify for the Champions League, one way or another.

At the moment though, top five is looking questionable and #LFC are not the same team who drew with PSG after 210 minutes of football.

The saving grace for Arne Slot is there isn't a top quality manager without a club at the moment.

This is the same #LFC team who were in control against Real Madrid and deserved that win.

I worry about top four now.

I never thought we would be in this position after winning the Premier League last season.

What is most concerning for me is there just does not seem to be a new plan in place to solve the issues we have seen at the start of this season. It just feels like we want to stick with it until it works.

If Calvin Ramsay doesn't play, at least regularly, over this period where he is the only fit right back, then for his sake he needs to move on in January.

I agree with you but my point is if Calvin Ramsay hasn't shown enough to play at right back, when the other two options to play at right back are injured, then he's got to know he hasn't shown he's good enough for this level and needs to move on in January.

If Arne Slot is not going to play Calvin Ramsay at right back when our other two right backs are injured, then just sell him and replace him with a player good enough to start when the rest of his competition is injured.

Seriously, how bad will Ramsay feel if he doesn't get some game time now?

I expect to see Florian Wirtz in the front three more than the midfield three moving forward.

You and I are referencing the same quotes and we both agree Joe Gomez is clearly an option. I just think the quotes imply Arne Slot favours Dominik Szoboszlai at right back and wants to keep Gomez rested.

I agree and I would play Calvin Ramsay at Right Back, I just think Arne Slot will play Dominik Szoboslzai there. At least based off of what he has said on the matter.
