The cover for a fake Wii game consisting of both the 1988 Studio Ghibli film, Grave of the Fireflies, and Super Mario World; both are represented on the cover, the former by the poster of Seita carrying his sister Setsuko across a field and the latter by the artwork of Mario wearing a cape and riding Yoshi. The cover promises "TWO classics in ONE!".

Had a dream a while back in which I discovered the existence of the "Grave of the Fireflies/Super Mario World 2-in-1" for the Wii. It basically functioned as a DVD except for a "special features" section that literally only had an SNES emulator playing Mario World. It went for absurd prices on eBay

sega astro city cabinet in a chinese arcade. a mahjong game is being played, and there are stains on the control panel along with decals tied to the arcade (city hero). the marquee light is noticeably not powered on

the cab as i received it. it has the same "city hero" decals (plus a new QR code), the coin sticker has been removed, and there is a similar stains(?) near the top of the CP. the button configuration seems to match what's in the original pic, but one of the green buttons has been swapped for a gray one.

as an amusing side note, my bro seems to have found a pic of the same cab in its natural habitat. the game HUD aligns with the burn-in on my tube, as does the stains(?) on the top left arra of the control panel and the button config.

it sucks because everything else generally worked out!! even the marquee light turned out to be working after I rewired it

i just received the chassis back from a a full repair after recapping didn't do the trick. it tested with a clear and bright image on the repair setup, my monitor can't seem to get a clear image with higher brightness and is still quite blurry even with lowered brightness, it seems

klonoa heroes except the image is insanely blurry and all text is entirely unrecognizable

60-in-1 multigame with an almost yet not quite clear image, the brightness is extremely low due to the monitor losing focus at brighter settings

new zealand story with a similar configuration as the previous image. really dark picture and things and still a bit blurry

sonic 3 title screen with shitty contrast and etc. sonic is flipping me off
