Yes, that's the place π
09.10.2025 07:24 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Some modern 'United era' observations:
There are 9 more to play before Leeds clock up 2400 competitive games at #EllandRoad - 5 more to 2400 'home games' including the neutral 4 of 1971!
3 more home defeats will amount to 500 in all competitions.
4 more draws overall (H&A) will equal 1200.

NEED HELP PLEASE!
Looking for some missing Leeds City Football Club 'opponent managers' confirming:
Bradford Park Avenue 1909-10;
Burton United 1905-07;
Gainsborough Trinity 1905-14;
Glossop 1905-14;
Mexborough 1905;
And the unlikeliest of all, the Morley FC manager of 1905!
#lufc #LeedsCityFC
In the beginning there was Leeds City Football Club!
A debate I have had with a few fans down the years - why can't City's era be recognised as part of the United history?
Like the #lufc (all matches) tab, I have now added a sheet for #LeedsCityFC records.
And COMBINED the stats - all Leeds ar't we!
Freshly returned from an insufferable work trip to the dark side where I found myself confined to my hotel room with man flu. Took advantage of the downtime by ticking off one of my 'rainy day' projects. A first of its kind, I think.
Hopefully share details later after chicken soup supper! π€§π€

Been doing a little 'housekeeping' on various Leeds spreadsheets ahead of some new bespoke analysis & realised I had not added Raphael Dias Belloli (Raphinha!) to the "United players in Ballon D'Or" table recently. The 6th former #lufc player nominated (10th time), among others. Should have won it!
05.10.2025 09:37 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Leeds records updated after the Spurs defeat (& a re-vamp of the master in recent days).
Not many positives for United - losing the undefeated home run - Thomas Frank winning at #EllandRoad for the first time, as well as his first v Daniel Farke.
No #lufc sending off though - now 86 games since!
Remembering the great Les Cocker who passed away suddenly #OnThisDay 1979.
Famous for being the loyal lieutenant to Don Revie at Leeds (& England), and instrumental in Alf Ramsay's World Cup success in 1966.
Thoughts with Dave & family today... R.I.P. #LeedsLegend #lufc #Eng
And to the MATCHDAY spotlights for Daniel Farke & his United squad against Tottenham Hotspur.
Not so great overall except Sean Longstaff & Karl Darlow; a few Leeds boys yet to face Spurs; and the boss looking for his first win against them! A few past goal-scorers hoping to add more... π€

Finally from me this morning, checking in on United's top flight start compared to our previously promoted campaigns.
Looking to keep the positivity going to maintain the record of Leeds not going down the first season up!
(Like last year's exercises, showing 2 & 3 points for a win.)

The comparisons on recent #lufc 'league season starts' were shared earlier.
Here's an update on some of Daniel Farke's own 'performance' - capturing his Norwich City & Leeds basics against this season's #EPL opponents.
United's acceptable start should help him sleep better than in his #ncfc days!
Leeds have now played 85 games since Meslier sent off (Dec 2023) & 102 since an outfield player (Rodon, in the Sept) - both away.
United have played 56 at #EllandRoad since Firpo's red card in May of the same year - yesterday marking 50 in the league (excluding play offs).

Rarely am I tempted to spend on more Leeds paraphernalia nowadays but a recent ebygumbay listing was too good to pass. Won it for less than a tenner including p+p - received dozens & dozens of 1950-70's magazine pages, lots of United cut-outs & posters, and even Jack Charlton's autograph! #lufc π
