As I start Season 2 of "Based on a True Story" I'm discussing with friends who mostly consume SFF & realizing I crave very different things from SFF vs realistic.

I'm having a hard time articulating the difference, but for those who consume multiple genres, do you find different things in each?

I still lack the hardware to run Veilguard (😭) but have been an OG Dragon Age fan since Origins.

I was also a cosplayer for about a decade.

SotN is CLASSIC too, I am embarrassed by how many times I've bought it on various platforms (and at one point bought a PSP specifically for it and one other game)

A Bloodstained 2 would be awesome, altho admittedly I still haven't played some of the updates like the Classic option

I once had a t-shirt that said "I'm here to drink tea and chew bubblegum and I'm all out of bubblegum" on it, from watching the YGO Abridged screening at Neko-Con in *mumble mumble maybe like 2008?*

I have weirdly gotten sucked into "name that 90s tune" YouTube videos tonight, bc it makes my elder millennial heart happy, even if the videos are sometimes garbage quality 😂

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Freeze ginger ale ice cubes. You must use zero-sugar; ginger ale with sugar won't freeze properly.

2) Add juice & sugar/stevia to a blender & pulse to blend.

3) Add ginger ale ice.

4) Blend.

5) Pour into a glass.

6) Garnish with a cherry "blood drop".

INGREDIENTS:

* 3oz 100% yellow grapefruit juice
* 1oz 100% tart cherry juice
* 2 tsp sugar (or stevia equivalent)
* 8-10 cubes zero-sugar ginger ale ice cubes
* 1 cherry

* Optional: 1/8tsp xanthan gum
(it slows melting but doesn't affect flavor. Found in the baking aisle of most grocery stores)
