They include making sure a doctor raises other options incl palliative care if and when they raise assisted dying with a patient.
And doctors must produce detailed assessment of coercion & capacity.

NEW: Care Minister, Stephen Kinnock MP, confirms that the Government expects to publish an Impact Assessment before the assisted dying bill returns for its Report Stage debate.

The debate can last up to 45 minutes. The motion is required for the Bill to proceed in committee and can only be moved by a Minister.
