Early BioWare was peak gaming for me. KOTOR was the start of the perfect RPG system imo. Main quest supported by distinct worlds with their own stories, companions, meaningful choices, and a finale that tied it all together.

If Hudson/Arcanaut can recapture this, we are in for something special ✨

Oh man you can FEEL it

Everything sounds perfect in the game. Every footstep, weapon swap, every object that is struck by a bullet, rocket, or melee, the environments sound so real playing with good headphones is fantastic tbh

The sound design BF6 really is incredible. My vote was that or Yotei

There is a demo for 2 out already! It's been out a bit if you wanna play that. 2 looks to have a much bigger budget than 1 did

Solasta 1 was really cool. BG3 has spread influence with its cinematics!

He is my go to, he gives step by step stuff too. I use his stuff to get a full grasp of the set of possible for mechanics and then dive off on my onw.

You can always delete what you do so don't worry. The only worry would be downloading a virus but Nexus is super trusted and they will tell you "hey this gives you a false alert"

There are some good ones out there! I havent moded any of those games you listed other than using the internal mod stuff with skyrim so I dont know any good step by steps but im sure there are plenty. Sometimes you can get lucky and you will have the steam workshop avaible

My advice would be sit down and figure out which game you wanna start with. Then search "how to mod XYZ" game. There will be some articles or YouTube vids. Nexus mods is the website where a lot of these mods are stored. Each mod will have instructions from the creator as well!

Each one can be different! Some you need to mod the game files, some you need to download a mod uploader/manager. Some you can do within steam really easily as clicking a button.
