As a middle class white woman, age 72, who worked til age 70, every workplace where I was employed had white men in charge. Non-profit organizations & for profits. Healthcare, insurance, banking, manufacturing. White men were the majority of management.You must be living in a different world.

Or maybe God put her right there, strengthened her, and inspired her to speak up to a powerful and evil man—despite risk to her personal safety.
