I would build a very simple solution (not specifically for Hospitals) with a free tier so it can be "Just a quick solution" that turns into a permanent one because the user experience is so easy.

Here's a $1M B2B niche: Digital signage solution for Hospital waiting rooms.

They use this pitiful zoomed-in SAP screen, half the space is taken up by scaled up UI elements.
