As part of Dyslexia Awareness Week, Sefton Libraries have a range of books from publishers Barrington Stoke and Little Gems. These are ideal for reluctant or struggling readers and those that can suffer from visual stress when reading print on traditional paper.

This year the theme is PLAY! Enter your poem now, entries close on Thursday the 25th of September. Entrants will be contacted to confirm their place at the event on Thursday the 2nd October at 2pm where they will read their poem to an audience and the winner will be crowned! ๐

Our recent Nature Novels writing workshops with Charlie Lea, have inspired children from Sefton Libraries to write postcards about saving nature! Lots of fun had and the children came up with some fantastic ideas. ๐ณ๐๐ด
