A woman is seated, wearing a blue outfit with a patterned dress. A quote is displayed on the right: "I have hope now and I know I can make it through university. I really appreciate what they are doing for the community and for people like me." Attributed to Julia. The bottom right reads "Good Things" with a colourful circular logo.
Julia was struggling without a laptop, and considered leaving university.
Fearless Youth Association (FYA), a partner in the National Digital Inclusion Network, provided Julia with a device. This support was a lifeline, giving her the confidence and tools to stay in education.

Online communities are growing but not everyone has access to connect.
βJust join the group chat" isnβt always possible if you donβt have a smartphone, or the app, or even know it exists.

How would you book a GP appointment?
Many essential services have moved online now, making things like accessible healthcare a barrier to those who are digitally excluded.
Without access, connectivity or confidence, people could be locked out of their own healthcareπ
We're working to fix that.
