President Jimmy Carter & Rosalynn often visited #FranklinTN usually to see Tom T. & Dixie Hall at Fox Hollow. Took this in 1989 at an event as they talked with Mayor Lillian Stewart. We need more politicians with his service heart & mind. A great American, Southerner & Rotarian.
