This property in this work in progress sat depressingly decrepit for years. I thought it was interesting - the tagged shed, sheep sheltering inside the busted house - so I took some photos. It was sold and renovated very soon after. Forever changed.

Such fun (for me). Purchased little steel tins from one end of the country and #encaustic colour sticks from the other - tough to source in #NewZealand! I've dabbled in the unique art of #waxpainting and am excited to get back into it. I think flowers and mushrooms will be my subjects to start with.
