I am so close to finishing my post apocalypse story. After nearly a year of working on it, a year of dreaming about the events and planning the major plot point, once I finish the chapter, I have two left. Then I can put an end to Tabitha and Miguel's story
Then six rounds of editing LOL #writing

The Rattle of Bones is important to me as a person. Some of Tabitha's back story and skills reflect my own. The relationship she has with Miguel reflects the very real friendship with a close friend of mine. Not all deep love has to be romantic.
