I'll be without my PC (and without my kits) for 9 (nine) days this month, so I'd like to draw a bunch of these in a physical sketchbook. it's been a while. maybe later I'll pick one to finish digitally

need a new pinned but I don't have enough examples of art I'd like to be making this year, and don't want to pin a false ad :/ might make it a mix of WF, recent og sketches, and gunpla photos

Dragon Age: Inquisition tarot styled piece featuring Gray Warden Duncan from Dragon Age: Origins. With his forehead pressed into his hand and a regretful expression, he is holding a cup that resembles a joining chalice but he is not looking at it. The chalice is tilted down in his grasp, the contents spilling out like a waterfall. Two more chalices are overturned in the background that seems to be melting away. Another two more crowd behind him, upright, and seem like they have gushing water out of them. A part of the landscape behind him is slowly being eaten away by the blight. The illustration mimics Five of Cups tarot card.

Good news: You can do it yourself. If you zoom in, are there weird artifacts that defy explanation? Has the artist ever shown themselves coloring? Do they ever show progress shots or sketches or lineart versions of their work before it's completed? Use your eyes, use your brain, ditch the tools

I understand wanting to have some surefire way to know if something was made by a person or not, but there's a miserable irony in people turning to an ai tool (that trains on the stuff you feed into it, by the way!) to tell them whether or not something is ai, only for it to be bad at its job

it was sort of sci-fi with a dash of surrealism, hard to categorize, but it was peak "you can draw anything", endless freedom. it's what I crave after years and years of making fanart

no refs, just putting down some shapes, and slowly carving out something that feels right to me
