It's wild because I've seen this with videogames too. Indie devs show a really neat trick they've made to render a skybox efficiently, and the comments are people going fucking nuts ripping them apart because how DARE they CHEAT to OPTIMIZE THEIR GRAPHICS.

I think it is because every single time I have seen a tutorial go viral people end up SCREAMING at the artist "how DARE you tell me how to draw?!"

MvM was another case of my entire animation twitter feed was yelling about watching the movie on release, and so I did exactly that.

Kpop Demon Hunters had been mentioned as being in production, but I found mostly made the news in small animation circles, most notably when it was nearly scrapped.

Into the Spiderverse had a spectacular trailer right out of the gate and had some serious hype.

That Roathe guy seems pretty hot.

A formline design where the base shape is the mask of Hornet from Hollow Knight. Inside the mask is the formline designs- the torso of a spider across the lower face area, clutching an egg with infection droplets trailing down beneath the eyes. The mask is off-white/pale yellow, and the formline designs range in shades from a light orange at the bottom, to a pale to dark salmon in the middle, to a bright red at the top.

I've always been kind of cagey about certain trendy expensive collectibles. I got exactly one Funko pop back when they first started coming out and they couldn't be arsed to paint it cleanly.

If I'm paying out the ass for a figurine, I want quality.

Cars are getting too fucking big to the point it should be regulated.

And I know people balk at my rent to live in the city, but I am happy to pay to have access to everything on foot or on transit, and more cities should focus on making their infrastructure better for pedestrians.
