So @schumer.senate.gov really thinks we don’t understand that he orchestrated this by getting senators not up for re-election to vote yes?

The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.

There really should be a coordinated effort to force Schumer out as Minority Leader as a result of his failure here.

Expel the yes votes from the party and cut off all their access to fundraising, then remove Schumer from leadership. Anything less is mealy-mouthed coward bullshit.

Since the Democrats worked extra hard to hide who actually supported this, I think the No Kings/Resistance position should be to primary every Democrat unless they publicly call for Schumer's ouster this week

1) Call for his ouster (check)
2) Find a replacement (?)
3) Make specific demands on what the replacement needs to do (??)
4) Withhold all support from any senator who does not agree.
