The Justice Department is supposed to be independent, and make decisions separate from the White House and without regard to the party currently in power. That's largely been true under Democrats; that's why the investigation into Hilary's emails didn't get quashed. 1/2

I really don't get why it's so hard for people to understand that trans women *are* biologically women. The trans people I know didn't choose to be trans, any more than the gay people I know chose to be gay. There's a lot more to biology than the SRY gene.
