Applications open January 15th, and we especially encourage applications from folks at SLACs, PUIs, HBCUs, and/or tribal colleges; graduate students and postdocs from marginalized backgrounds; and anyone who works on topics in the local Universe that have implications for early galaxy evolution.

Thanks to generous funding from the Heising-Simons Foundation and the North American ALMA Science Center, the conference will be heavily subsidized, with the majority of meals and lodging covered for participants, and some travel funding for early career astronomers.

Q for any astro editors - why can't we use pub review built off of collaborative software or tools i.e functionality similar to suggested edits in Google docs and overleaf? We can still have a textbox for over-arching comments but it would allow for easier reviewing and responding? Pls I beg

I do alarms on my phone for the must do tasks, I set reminders, multiple alarms of the same thing going off etc. I set these notifications via Google calender bc to get both the phone alert and email (bc ya girl loses or forgets to charge her phone sometimes 🫠)
