He was one of my childhood heroes. I grew up in that exciting Apollo/NASA era...and had lots of astronaut related toy stuff.

In better times these kind of meetings were called diplomacy and there were numerous people attending including translators and press. If it was closed door meetings, we still had note takers and translators. Again those were better times. We just didn’t know it then.
