Agree. The subs were odd. Dom was the poorest of the midfield 3 yesterday but stayed on. Ekitike was causing problems for Palace all game and was unlucky to be hooked. Kerkez was struggling to hold the line but was left on too long. I'd have liked to see Rio for the last 10 mins for Gakpo.

I thought we dropped off massively once Ekitike went off. Have been worried about our defensive frailties for some time and they haven't gone away. We missed Gravenberch.

Players we've signed so far were clearly planned. I see Isak as that opportunistic signing (if we do get him). I reckon that by the time Newcastle sign a striker, they'll take 120m just to get Isak out. This situation must be unsettling some of the #NUFC players.
