I'd like to be! My first foray into fermenting wasn't very successful (I tried fermenting jalapeno pepper rings from my garden and some seeds escaped and allowed mold to grow on the surface :( ). Also, I don't quite have the space to dedicate to fermenting, so working on that aspect as well
