hello Bluesky! this is my game, You Have To Climb Out.
It's my first full #gamedev project, made over 6ish months earlier this year, and is out now on Steam 🐸
i think i was really starting to get a feel for designing SongRunner for #GMTKJam when i got to this level.
it forces the player to move right, then left, then right, which means they slowly build up their loop and the notes are naturally placed in spots that sound pretty cool.
