I just read Hide a few weeks ago and I liked it a lot! I was interested in Mister Magic but haven’t taken the plunge yet

But concretely seeing how far I’ve come with sewing or other small things like that just give me so much joy. I was looking at all my plants / veggie garden the last few days too and the fact I was able to maintain them and they are still producing up until the last second is truly amazing!!

Traditional sense meaning - I don’t want to have kids, I don’t want to get married for a few more years, I’m not really interested in buying a house. I feel like I don’t follow a traditional path so I don’t have as many bench marks to show for me making “progression” in life.

Sewing has def been one of my fave and most consistent hobbies I’ve picked up over the last 2 years. Sometimes I feel down about myself because I might not be seeing “progression” in a traditional sense but knowing you’ve learned a new skill from scratch and now can make your own cloths is supercool

My partners been out of town since Sunday and I just realized haven’t showered since Saturday cuz nobody is around and I don’t have plans cuz I’m in ren faire costume hell (jk i enjoy making them so it isn’t hell) IM SO GROSS

Will never get over the fact that I get to OWN A CAT and she just LIVES WITH ME like I have a cuddly small animal who loves me and I can just pet her (if she lets me lol) whenever I want????

I miss having a CD player in my car because I actually used to listen to CDs all the time!! Like I own like 15+ different CDs and have ones my friends made for me too.
