ok, interesting! I have no idea how that works, but it sounds cool. so to strip the color, you need to use like an opposing color to neutralize the orange first? I’ve not done extensive dyeing like that. I’m sure the purple will look great!

good luck! ig it depends how light you’re trying to go. I did a deep red for a good while and just let it fade to like an auburn left by the bleach and have been growing it out slowly but surely
