9 years ago this day, Murray Weiss passed. He was the director at the Milwaukee Center for Photography and Layton School of Art. Early on he assisted Ralph Steiner. After Ralph Murray organized and started the photography department at Philadelphia Museum. He was also a teacher, my teacher.
