Dreaming of spring...

You know all those decisions we made last weekend? We need to readjust them this weekend. Matt has been working on a redesign of Sammy the cat that turns me into the heart eyes emoji. 😍

So true, there are some we will keep just because. But one of my projects today was figuring out our lowest selling because we have over 40 designs 😂. We love most of them, but it just isn't practical, especially if we want to add new ones.

Making decisions about new products and old products today. It's hard to see how low selling one of your favorite illustrations is.

In an attempt to stop doomscrolling, I have made a massive to-do list for today. Will this work? Probably not, but we shall see.

I'm finally reading Fairy Tale by Stephen King. About halfway through and very much enjoying it.

It's been far too long since I've watched that.

It's still January.
