She was born in the mid 1990's. She lived a full life, and died in a hospital with her soul mate Lain. It just so happens, a cooky scientist was doing some science-shit at the same time. A hole got torn in the space-time continuum and Phoe-Bee's (God) energy pushed their souls back into their bodies.
