I was kidding. They will be sued by a few different NGOs who advocate for the 1st A’t: ACLU and AU (Americans United for Separation of Church and State) come to mind. AU has sued the DOJ for rampant evangelicalism that infringed on people of other faiths. This smacks of that. Just wasting $$$.
