Even here in SW Ontario.. we dig them up before the first frost hits (they're a very shallow rooted plant) knock the excess dirt off of them and then keep them dry through the winter (away from sunlight - so in our case, the basement) and replant them in the spring after the last frost.

Congrats.. this is part of the diversification and big projects we're going to need to get out under the thumb of the US's economy
