I want someone to explain to me why remote learning days are a better option than cancellation/snow makeup days. I want to know who this benefits, because it doesn't seem to be students, parents, or teachers.

I'm watching The Ghost and Mr. Chicken (1966) starring Don Knotts. There is something anxious-funny about watching a person eating chicken soup from a bowl on a table by the spoonful while having to stand.
