Just finished reading @rayacheson.bsky.social 's "Abolition, Not Arms Control" and it is the rare academic article that has gotten me to say "hell yes" while reading it.
They highlight arms control role in "perpetuating the permanence" of nukes and limiting the "horizon of political possibility."
