Thank God.
10.11.2025 06:29 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0And yeah, people like Mamdani could make the difference:
bsky.app/profile/quet...
This shows a lot to see which profiles from the dems are functional for the world and the US, and which ones don't work anymore and really just became into big obstacles for the dems.
Support the ones who stood against.
Thankfully, new profiles are having success for the dems like Mamdani.
And yes, with what happened today with the democrats regarding the shutdown of the government, new profiles like Mamdani will be very important to make the democrats change for the better in the future while removing profiles that don't work anymore for the US.
10.11.2025 06:20 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I wasn't familiar with your game Mamdani, I wasn't.
I'm all aboard on him now.
Prorrusian politicians like Sheinbaum, Petro or AMLO would never have these kind of stances regarding Maduro for example:
Mamdani's victory is pure oxygen for the world by now.
I just hope that I can see a stance of his against Russia and China because of the risks that are facing both Taiwan and Ukraine.
Can we expect a clear stance from Mamdani against Russia and China?
Both of them supported Trump, so, I hope Mamdani can be against those goverments.
I'm just hoping so damn hard right now..
Petro, the colombian president that supports Russia, is really overjoyed because he thinks he gained a new political ally.
Great news and a breath of pure fresh air for the US, congratulations to the Democrats.
I just hope Mamdani takes a clear stance against authoritarian governments like those of Russia and China, which have supported Trump.
Has he taken those kind of stances as of now?
Only wanting to confirm.
And some parts of the mexican opposition, with only the goal of gaining money and support, will try to copy the radicalized policies of people like Trump in Mexico.
And the remaining mexican opposition will have to struggle against a party-state and part of a radicalized mexican opposition.
And what's even more upsetting is that, the more Trump and MAGA get radicalized, the more they benefit Morena and politicians like AMLO or Sheinbaum here in Mexico.
Because many people will see them as the only alternative to "oppose" external threats like Trump nationally.
Many people have to look themselves at the mirror for what kind of government they're supporting to remain in power on Mexico.
While past governments were bad prior to AMLO/Sheinbaum, what's happening now, totally it's chaotic.
No one knows exactly what's going to happen to Mexico in the future.
Even our own countrymen who are outside of the country were key for these things to happen, and while they confront MAGA, they're silent and even support what's happening in their own home country, aligning themselves with the same kind of government that is MAGA.
bsky.app/profile/quet...
At the end, it really annoys me a lot how so many people out of Mexico almost worship the governments of people like Sheinbaum or AMLO that, at the end of the day, they're the exact same as the MAGA crowd in the US.
What MAGA dreams to accomplish to succumb democracy, MORENA has already done it.
Funnily enough, this is something to be expected with every single prorrusian government, whether if it's from the right or the left, as long as it's prorrusian, these things are bound to happen.
You can see instantly why there are so many people migrating out of Mexico with things like these.
Yeah that gives me hope, specially if he's recommended by people like Sanders, who stands with Ukraine.
His confirmation would help, coming from Zohran himself.
And with people inside the dems like Pelosi, who stands firmly with Taiwan, I think it would help to know if Zohran could support Taiwan.
Yeah, because if he stands with both; that would win me over completely.
Because I know for certain that policitians that lean to the left like AMLO, Sheinbaum, Lula, Petro Gustavo, etc. Support ambiguously Russia and China for example, and they benefit from the radicalization of the reps.
And seeing the reactions from the reps, it gives me a good sense about his policies, and I really love the idea he pursues of looking out for diversity, migration, the LGBT movement, etc. In NY.
What I would like to know from him is his stance regarding Ukraine and Taiwan.
And now, I'm just stating what concerns me about Mamdani, but, as long as he stands with causes like the one of Ukraine and Taiwan, that's an instant win for me.
That's why I consider very important to know that, because I like a lot his approaches with different religions, diversity and migration.

27.06.2025 02:42 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0This is what I mean with outright exhausting news coming from Mexico..
27.06.2025 02:41 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I'm not kidding, seeing the news coming from Mexico, it's damn frustrating.
The way a democracy is lost in a country like that, it's pure impotence-filling madness.
What comforts me is that, there's still a big important sector of the country that will always oppose Morena and other autocracies.
That's the good side of Mamdani and a very big difference that I can see with him to AMLO.
Specially in a context so different to the one in Mexico.
Maybe this is what the democrats need to push themselves for the better.
I truly wish the best for him, bad experiences can make me talk like this.
A reminder about how prorrusian is the current mexican government of Sheinbaum/AMLO.
Many people have to see the true reality of the government that is currently in power in Mexico, Morena, as a mexican political party, has been very successful deceiving many people internationally..
Sorry, I can't see AMLO like that since his many ties that he has had with Russia and being an important political player to sustain the both the Cuban and Venezuelan dictatorships in Latin America.
27.06.2025 01:51 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Let's hope for the best.
AMLO was the same, he used to claim non-stop that he was "part of the the people", he participated in many protests against the PRI.
When he took power, that's when he unleashed an autocratic wave in Mexico with Cuban, Venezuela, Chinese and Russian support.
And another thing I gotta get out from my chest.
As much as Mamdani's victory may seem good, I'm not really that enthusiastic, honestly.
His statements don't convince me a lot, since I see a lot of similarities of his narrative with the one used by politicians like AMLO.
I guess I'll wait and see.
Just had to get this off my chest and mind.
Itโs very hypocritical how some countrymen from Mexico in the U.S. criticize the current admin while many of them (nor all) supported the same kind of government back home.
Diego Lunaโs Jimmy Kimmel statement is a perfect example of that hypocrisy.
Do we have info about zohran mamdani's stance regarding Ukraine?
It would be interesting to know what he thinks about the problem regarding Taiwan.
