How e-bike riders are doing double the speed limit - and many of them work for fast food delivery firms Sky News has been out with West Midlands Police as the force apprehended people with illegally modified e-bikes.

When are we going to legislate to make delivery firms responsible for the safety of the vehicles that deliver in their name? A system of hefty fines is needed - which could fund councils and the police to enforce in hotspots. It's a massive issue in public spaces.
