Went to the doctor today and ended up getting 4 shots😅

I’ve been feeling pretty meh about the tik tok ban because like i’ll be so much more productive without it…but i’m starting to feel sad when i think about the few creators i enjoy following. I feel like insta reels just isn’t the same

But today i ran 4 miles (was gonna go 5 but ran out of time) and it was the first run in my life where i finally got to a point of like not wanting to die while running

Had a late breakfast (protein coffee) and then went to the gym at what should’ve been lunch time which means it’s 3:15pm and i’ve only consumed about 200 calories so far, and burned 450 at the gym🙃 oops

What are they gonna do when their kid is 12 and has friends at school who start calling him that nickname? Or in sports? If the kid doesn’t correct them then there’s really nothing the parents can do😂

If i absolutely loathed the nickname, probably not. Once they get older and are in school you can’t really control what other people are calling your kid😂 or what your kid wants to go by
