DAY 18 (July 22th) of Tour de Fleece - I knit the swatches and finished the cards for the Hebridean sheep fiber and for the Nylon fiber for my breed and fiber study. I finished my annual goal of getting 20 samples done this year!

More people need to know about the Pazyryk Swan, 2400 years old, from the Siberian horse-riding pastoral people. It is felted, c30cm. Because of the permafrost burials so much amazing felt, appliqué, embroidery and textile art has survived. But I just love that a stuffie has survived ❤️
