Use once weekly or less, tread very carefully (if at all), & make sure the rest of your routine can balance it out.
Iβd put weekly peels/exfoliating masks here, and some prescription creams.

I cannot use this daily. Itβs something I recommend introducing slowly and carefully assessing whether or not itβs right for you.
πΆπΆπΆ = noticeable spice. I might not be able to use this daily without really optimising the rest of my skincare routine around it. For me this usually means I canβt use it daily unless Iβm very consistent with my at-home LED mask.

I know everyone tolerates things differently but itβs still helpful to have some idea of it when introducing new products.
Things my pharm professors taught us about colds that more people should know:
- The only thing proven to shorten the length of a cold is cold and flu tablets with zinc. They shorten colds by an average of 6hrs π₯΄
- Phenylephrine doesnβt work, so ask for the extra decongestant. Such a scam π
