I'm old enough to remember when Facebook was a nice place but it's now ruined by angry vicious people and bots. Twitter the same. Does bluesky have any measures in place to stop a similar decline? I'm enjoying it here and don't want to lose it

My son is now 10 and was born with a heart defect. My wife had bronchitis during pregnancy during the weeks his heart was developing. I can only imagine having covid during these weeks is going to have an impact on development.
