You know more than me, but from what I can gather, it's highly likely exculpatory evidence (in the form of the 2017 OIG report) was held from the grand jury. Am I on the right track? If so, that's prosecutorial misconduct.

My only concern: I don't know if she'll be able to pass the bar before the trial. Then again, it sounds like it should come down to four words: "Motion to dismiss. ... granted."

I think we all understand people with disabilities aren't tragedies, but I'm not sure people understand the damage done by this WH telling people they are, in fact, tragic figures. I've worked with kids who received an autism diagnosis, and they're devastated by it. / 3

The phony Tylenol-autism link gets vaporized once you realize how hard it is to get it in places like Japan and Saudi Arabia, yet those countries have a rate of autism diagnoses just like everyone else. / 2
