No problem! I've had to do it before while wearing a cage. You only have to drill in about halfway to break out the internal pins. I used a 1/32 drillbit successfully

If you have access to tools, use a power drill with the smallest bit you can find to drill out the core of the lock. You can order new locks for $6.99 on amazon.
Just be sure not to damage the cage while drilling! A steady hand or stable table is crucial!
