Starting off the week with my coworker in the next cubicle saying “Did you sleep at all last night?” because apparently I’m yawning too much.

Had the mother of all migraines today, left work pretty early. Finally feeling better, but I’m not looking forward to my one coworker who sits next to me rolling her eyes about it again. She seems to think I make a bigger deal out of these “headaches” than I need to. It’s really annoying. :/

Ugh. I’ve been struggling with perimenopause symptoms for months, and while my doctor acknowledges that I’m probably in an early stage of it, she can’t do anything because my labs are normal. I guess I’ll just keep having hour long hot flashes until it gets bad enough to detect. Yay.

Currently waiting at the vet for Eddie to take the most expensive poop ever.

They determined he’s super constipated and needs an enema. I opted to wait for him to go here, rather than risk him doing it on the ride home.

I work part time at a board game store. A group came in to play D&D and I overheard them discussing different pride flags and being very confused.

I provided some education and one of them said “Wow, you’re very knowledgeable!” so I replied “Thanks, I’m also very queer!” lol.

When I had my IUD put in and even when I had a hysteroscopy done… I was told to just take Tylenol.

I really hope that we are starting to take the pain of these procedures more seriously.

So Eddie seems to have made a full recovery. Stopped sneezing and I don’t see the cold sore things on his mouth anymore.

Vet said to discontinue the meds but keep the rest in case he flares up again.

So they think (aren’t sure) he has kitty herpes, which can cause respiratory problems as well as the sores they saw in his mouth.

Going to try medication for that, a humidifier again, and monitor him for now. Poor baby.

Eddie is sneezing a lot. Doesn’t seem to be anything else bothering him atm, but he’s going to the vet today because that’s how the bad respiratory infection started earlier this year.

Not messing around with that. Fingers crossed it’s something minor though!

I’m not even sure I’ll make it through the RIF so this might all be moot.

I’m super stressed right now.

Been back at work for a week. Already either being reassigned to another job or having a whole other job just added on top of mine. Nobody is sure yet, but either way I’ve started training for the new duties.
