Food lends itself to be charged with magic. From the prep to the cooking part. So many steps where one can visualize intention and get in line with with the energy and flow. Soups alone can embody all the elements in one dish.

It is not difficult once you get to know each card and their associations. Understanding their Italian name really helps. For instance, il vedovo (the widower) is a card of loss and potentially regrets as its root meaning. With the sibilla you need a minimum of 3 cards to get a clear answer.
