Bay leaves are another one of those herbs you can get from a grocery store that I use all the time in witchcraft. It's associated with the sun and the element of fire. It's history of being used as a herb for sucess comes from the Greeks victory wreaths. #HerbSky #WitchSky

Nettles are starting to pop up! In some places, the very young steamed tops are considered a delicacy. As they grow, they become very fibrous and are used for everything from rough cordage to fine linen-like cloth. They are magically protective too! #WitchSky #HerbSky #GreenWitchery

That is so true. I once had a client whose ancestor thought that the best way to support them was by reassuring them that whatever they did something would go wrong. Which is somewhat unusual. I try and call in the well & whole ancestors.

I was planning on getting some from an ancestor's grave recently but it was too rainy.
